I made a fairly easy to follow pdf which makes it easy to install and configure your teamspeak. Download it here.

You can also download the teamspeak from the same server, i've included the updated executable from the teamspeak too.

I also have another program which is pretty handy to see who is talking in game. Download it here


EDIT: I got a dynamical DNS service running now, so there is no more need to type in the IP, just use this "betrayers.servegame.org" (without quotes)
